Office Administration hours are 10.00 am to 5.30 pm,  Monday to Friday, and a 24 hour answer phone service for calls outside this time, but if we in the office we will answer the phone, or return the call as soon as we are able to.

Appointments start at 10:00 am and our latest one is 5:15 pm. (subject to availability)

We do not work evenings, weekends or bank holidays 

If you wish to leave a telephone number for a return call, please make sure this is a telephone number that you feel comfortable for us to use,  if there is chance that others may take the call. We will never leave our company name, or what the call is about.

Please note: This is a private practice not a charity, therefore fees are payable for all our services.
